We accept walk-in patients of all ages. No appointments are required.

How can Carina-Carindale Medicare Urgent Care Clinic help?

When you need medical care quickly — but it’s not an emergency

Some health concerns can’t wait days for a GP appointment, but they also don’t require a visit to a hospital emergency department. That’s where the Carina-Carindale Medicare Urgent Care Clinic steps in.

Our team provides fast, high-quality care in a general practice-style environment, helping you get the treatment you need without the long delays often experienced in hospital settings.

Our Urgent Care Clinic supports acute, short-term needs. For any ongoing or long-term care, please continue with your usual GP.

Bulk Billing

All services at our clinic are bulk billed for patients.

If further care is required, our team will refer you to the local emergency department or your usual GP as appropriate.

Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC)

If you are an international student, please provide your OSHC insurer details at check-in so we can process your visit correctly.

When will I be seen?

Triage Scale

Patients are seen based on the urgency of their condition, not necessarily in the order they arrive.

Should your condition worsen or change while you are in the waiting room, please advise our team.

Don’t have a regular GP?

To ensure you receive consistent, high-quality care, it’s important to have a regular GP.

If you don’t currently have one, please let our staff know—we’re happy to assist you in finding a suitable GP nearby.
